I want to move multiple files from one folder to another using windows command prompt. What command should I use to perform this operation from command prompt

If you want to multiple files from one folder to another using windows commands. You can do the same by typing “MOVE <Filename 1> <Filename 2>....<Filename n> <path of the destination folder>” in the command prompt. It will move the files  from the current folder to the destination folder. For eg-:

To move the files 'file1.docx','file2.txt','file3.docx' and 'file4.docx' from 'student_record' folder of C: drive to the 'image' folder of D: drive.

CD c:/student_record

MOVE file1.docx file2.txt file3.docx file4.docx D:/images

& press Enter key. Below is the screenshot showing how a file is moved from one folder to another -:
